They called me the day the order was placed and checked up on me after delivery. I had one small issue with a missing screw and they put a technician on the phone and solved my issue in short order. You can't beat this cooler for it versatility and price.

I am starting a small collection of wine but also needed a place for other beverages. This fit the bill, with the 3 cooling zones, 2 for wines and the third controls the two drawers. I keep my drawers filled with soda, mixers and an assortment of beers. I was trained by the Air Force to always be ready for a hospitality check. Tht means having drinks and snacks ready at all times. The customer service with the delivery was outstanding.

We're VERYhappy with this refrigerator! My only complaint would be that the glass shelves appear a little bit more light-duty than we expected. For the price, however, this 'fridge is very nice, and we are well-pleased with our purchase.
