        If you are not completely satisfied with your NewAge Products purchase, please contact our Support team at team@skylandpro.com

        • In order to qualify for a full return, requests must be received in our office within 120 calendar days of the original delivery date.
        • Products being returned must be ready for pick-up in the original boxes and securely placed on a pallet if possible.
        • If the original boxes are not available, the product should be securely wrapped in cardboard and placed on a pallet prior to the courier arriving. Installed or used products will not be refunded.
        • Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment.

        Such a wonderful addition to the grill. Works and looks great.

        These are a bit on the pricey side but so is the quality. It will transform the surroundings,make the place look like a million bucks. The finish is excellent and the added features like soft close, stainless and wine racks etc deliver the sophistication in discerning clientele. So it’s not just about looks, it functions top notch too. The stainless steel does scratch very easily as in drag a heavy plate and it scoffs. If your OCD is pretty bad, best to stay away. Otherwise the set nails it on form and function
