UPON DELIVERY, PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER AND NOTE ANY SHIPPING DAMAGE TO THE OUTER BOX/SKID ON THE CARRIER'S WAYBILL PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.
If you appoint someone to sign for your order on your behalf, please ensure that they are aware of this requirement and are over 18 years of age.
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO YOUR ORDER THAT IS NOT REPORTED AND NOTED ON THE WAYBILL.
IMPORTANT: Please use care when opening your freight. Box cutters should not be used due to potential damage to upholstered parts on your equipment
ANY DAMAGE TO PRODUCT OR MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT.
Large Equipment Shipments
Within Canada & Continental USA
Large equipment is shipped by ground via a freight carrier, carefully packed in a cardboard box and secured to a wooden skid.
Curbside Delivery is a liftgate service, delivered to curbside as close to your building as possible. You do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that two people are available to assist with unpacking and carrying into the premises. You are responsible for unpacking, installation and disposal of packaging materials.
Delivery prices quotes include one scheduled delivery attempt. If the carrier attempts to make the delivery at the appointed time and you are not present, a redelivery fee will apply. Fees and policies vary from carrier to carrier and will be the responsibility of the consignee. The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery is generally done during regular business hours. If available, after hours or weekend deliveries will be subject to additional charges. Additional charges for stairs and unusual conditions, i.e. narrow passageways will apply. Please make us aware in advance and the freight quote will be adjusted accordingly. If you delay your delivery or must postpone your delivery after scheduling it with the carrier, storage fees may apply. On rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances may cause your delivery to be rescheduled.
While this is our typical service level, each level can be customized to create a Home Delivery solution that meets your needs. The shippers are NOT licensed Pilates technicians; they are not qualified to assemble your new apparatus.
International and overseas shipments
Standard quoted shipping options include Ocean Freight to nearest port or Air Freight to nearest airport. Door-to-door delivery may be available for your order at an additional charge. Please contact us for details.
Local Customs & Duties Outside Canada & USA – Unless prearranged, buyer will subject to import duties and taxes levied when a shipment reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the Buyer's responsibility; Buyer is considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which Buyer is receiving the goods.
Delivery time
The delivery time of the products is approximately 15 days. (Canada & Continental U.S)
For some special locations it may be necessary to check the possibility of delivery with the carriers. We will notify you if your request is in those circumstances.
Returns
Reformers & Equipment
All equipment is manufactured with the utmost care, using the highest quality components, and carries one of the best warranties in the industry. As all products are custom made to order, equipment purchased from TRENDING FIT LLC may not be returned for refund.
If your product is defective, contact us indicating the problem and we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss further and determine how best to resolve the situation.
We will repair or replace defective equipment per the product warranty. If we opt to repair or replace your equipment, this may require that your product be returned for inspection and analysis at our manufacturing facility prior to sending out replacement product.
Please Note: Discounted items may have been gently used as demos, returned unused, or discontinued. While they are fully functional, they may have slight blemishes or minor imperfections.

Warranty
Warranty Information
Elina Pilates warrants that all new equipment is free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms below. This warranty becomes effective at the invoice date of the original purchase. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the purchaser's responsibility to notify the Company of any change of contact information. This will ensure that in the unlikely event of a replacement or safety notice, the company will be able to contact you immediately.
This warranty applies to equipment:
- While equipment remains in the possession of original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated
- If claims are made within the part-specific warranty period.
- If upgrades are made as required by the Company
This warranty shall be null and void if:
All safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines as specified in the appropriate equipment manuals are not followed
The equipment is used for any other purpose other than as intended, or is stored or used outdoors, or in environments without adequate climate/humidity controls
An At Home Reformer is used in Pilates studios, fitness or health clubs, gyms, spas, or any other type of commercial fitness facility offering fitness services to the public
The equipment has been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or any modification not authorized by the Company
- Failure to change springs on spring-loaded equipment (Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Towers, Wall Units, Wall Board, etc.) every two (2) years may void this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of any equipment nor shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable), or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions of this warranty.
- At its option, the Company will repair or replace warranted parts, provided that any such failure is due to a defect in workmanship or materials and provided that such failure occurs and is reported to the Company within the part-specific warranty period.
Commercial Reformers
- Limited Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, components of the frame and related welding and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar).
At Home Reformers
- Limited Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, components of the frame and related welding and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar). This warranty shall be null and void if an At Home Reformer is used in Pilates studios, fitness or health clubs, gyms, spas, or any other type of commercial fitness facility offering fitness services to the public.
Steel or Wood Combo Chair
- Limited Lifetime Warranty on metal frame and related welding.
- Ninety (90) Day Limited Warranty on upholstery. See below for conditions of warranty.
- Two (2) Year Limited Warranty on all other components.
Ladder Barrel

Fabric & Upholstery on Equipment
- Ninety (90) Day Warranty. The fabric or upholstery on TRENDING FIT LLC equipment will be replaced if it fails to give normal wear for 90 days after delivery. Proof of damage may be required.
- This warranty does not cover cuts, burns, stains, soiling, pet damage, damage to fabric caused by abrasive, corrosive or chemical cleansers, or damage caused by other unreasonable use. If the identical fabric is not available, the Company will provide an equivalent fabric.
