Are these cabinets easy to install?

• NewAge Products cabinets are very easy to install.
• The cabinets come fully assembled and packaged on a pallet delivered directly to your home.
• Once you remove the packaging, all you need to do is attach the feet, place it where you want it, bolt the cabinets together, and secure the countertops in place.

Can I custom design my own set?

• Yes! We offer planning guides and a free 3D design service to help you plan the perfect set to fit your space.

Do you customize cabinets?

• We do not customize cabinets, our cabinets ship fully-assembled.

Am I able to alter the configuration or add cabinets to my set after I have installed them?

• Yes, you can alter the configuration of your cabinets, however, keep in mind the number and sizes of countertops included with your set.
• Since our cabinets are modular, you are able to unbolt them and re-configure how you choose, but may need to purchase additional tops or covers to properly fit your new configuration.

Am I able to substitute cabinets in a preconfigured set?

• If you are purchasing cabinets in a set, the cabinets come as a bundled package and are not able to be substituted.
• However, you are able to purchase individual cabinets to create your own set configuration, or you may purchase additional cabinets to add onto a bundled set.

Do the Home Bar Cabinet Sets come with the countertop included?

• Countertops need to be purchased as an additional Add-On for all Home Bar Cabinet Sets.
• Countertops are only included with NewAge Products Garage Organization Sets.

I’m interested in adding the lighting features to my Home Bar Set. How can I do that?

• We provide the exact LED lighting displays as shown in the Home Bar Set images to make things easier on you! They are available to be included in your order as an Add-On feature!

Do the Home Bar Sets need to be fastened to the wall?

• Yes. However we only require that the base of your Home Bar Cabinet Sets is fastened to the wall.  The base cabinets for the Home Kitchen have to be screwed to the studs, however it does not need to be installed into the flooring.

What is the warranty?

• All Home Bar cabinets have a 1 year warranty. However, please note that any modifications to the product will void the warranty.

Are you able to deliver this into my home or is it curbside delivery only?

• We can absolutely deliver your Home Bar Cabinet Set into any area of your home for you! If you are interested in this service, please check out our White Glove Delivery Service.
• All standard shipping options are free of cost and delivery via curbside delivery.

How does the Installation Service work?

• NewAge Products offers Standard and Premium Installation Service packages, with knowledgeable, bonded and insured local contractors who are trained on installing our products.
• Our Installation Services packages include moving your product to the desired location, unpacking all of your items, installation and mounting (when applicable), leveling of products, and clean up of all product packaging for disposal.
• The cost of the installation is dependent on the number of pieces in your set.

Once we have processed your order, you should receive an email from us with a tracking number and delivery acceptance instructions. Please note our deliveries are curbside only. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

NewAge Products Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your NewAge Products purchase, please contact our Support team at team@skylandpro.com

• In order to qualify for a full return, requests must be received in our office within 120 calendar days of the original delivery date.
• Products being returned must be ready for pick-up in the original boxes and securely placed on a pallet if possible.
• If the original boxes are not available, the product should be securely wrapped in cardboard and placed on a pallet prior to the courier arriving. Installed or used products will not be refunded.
• Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment.
