We stand by every product we sell. We will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you're not satisfied within the first 30 days after receiving the product, we will refund your money (excluding return shipping & handling charges).
Contact Customer Service
To receive a refund, it is critical that you have a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) to ensure that your refund is credited to the correct account. Send us an email at team@skylandpro.com within the first 30 days after receiving the product, and one of our customer service representatives will send you your RMA (valid for 7 days) along with return instructions.
Package Your Item for Return
To ensure that your package arrives to us safely and undamaged, please package the item(s) use original box or appropriate packaging. Be sure to include all products, accessories, parts and pieces in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding return shipping & handling). If any of the product components show use or damage a 15% restocking fee will apply. If the product is in new condition, a full refund will be issued.
Label Your Package
Please write your RMA number clearly on the shipping label to assist in fastest processing. Please note: A Return Merchant Authorization Number is also required inside the package to complete your refund.
Secure Your Package
We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by a shipping carrier that offers tracking services, such as USPS Certified Mail, UPS or FedEx. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to save the receipt for your records. We regret that we cannot issue any credit or refund for an item that is damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD.
Receive Your Refund
All Lexora, Inc returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without an RMA issued by Lexora, Inc. It is the dealer/customer’s responsibility to return all items in brand new condition, undamaged in its original packaging along with product manuals. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
In order to issue a refund or replacement, we need to fully inspect the unit. Once the returned item is received and verified to be in “new” condition, a full refund will be issued minus the original freight charges and a 25% restocking fee (if applicable). All returns must be received within 2 weeks of the RMA# issued date.
Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order before it has been picked and shipped, cancellation is free. (Applies for all order including LTL)
If you cancel your order after it has been picked and shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a return with all applicable fees. (Applies for all order including LTL)
Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed for all applicable fees, including the return cost of shipping and a potential 15% restocking fee.
Warranty
All Lexora products carry a 1-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt from the original retailer, will be required for all warranty claims. This warranty covers products that were properly installed by a licensed professional and used properly. If, under those circumstances, a Lexora product has a manufacturer’s defect, Lexora, Inc will provide the parts necessary to resolve the issue free of charge. This includes a full replacement of the product if necessary, solely at the manufacturer’s discretion. If an item is defective upon receipt, do not install and contact Lexora, Inc immediately. Defective items that are knowingly installed will not qualify for free replacements.
Damage due to installation error, product abuse or misuse, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents — whether performed by a contractor, service company or yourself — are excluded from this warranty. Additionally, defects or damage caused by non-Lexora parts will void this warranty in its entirety.
Lexora, Inc will not be held responsible for labor charges and/or damage incurred during the installation, repair, or replacement of any Lexora product. Furthermore, the manufacturer shall not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, losses and/or injury relating to the item(s). Except as provided by law, this warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, conditions and guarantees — whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise — including without restriction those of merchantability or of fitness for use.
Depending on jurisdiction, some states, provinces, and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, the aforementioned limitations or exclusions may not apply. This warranty affords you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province, and country to country.
