How do I place an order?

  • To place an order online, simply click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to checkout via “Secure Checkout”
  • Enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout.
  • You will receive an instant order confirmation and we will process your order immediately.

Can I place my order over the phone?

  • Absolutely! Our customer service representatives are happy to assist you.

Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?

  • An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit.
  • We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records.
  • Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.

Can I change my order?

  • Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing us at team@skylandpro.com and requesting the change.
  • Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference.
  • Orders can only be changed before shipping.

Do you offer trade sales discounts?

  • We are more than happy to offer quantity discounts. Please contact our customer support team for additional information here

Do you charge sales tax?

  • We do not charge sales tax on any order unless it is purchased within the states of California or New Jersey.
  • Please note: Some states require that taxpayers fill out a "use tax" return and pay the equivalent of a sales tax in their state. Please consul your state law to determine if you have to pay this tax.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

  • Depending on the product type, orders typically ship out the same business day or within 2 business days to ship. On rare occasions order shipment may take longer due to unforeseen delays. 
  • If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

How do I know when my order will ship?

  • Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information. 
  • We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped once it leaves the warehouse. 
  • If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

  • Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.
  • If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.  
  • If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to team@skylandpro.com and we will process an immediate replacement or compensation (usually within 1 business day).
