How long will it take for my order to ship?
- Orders will usually ship out within 3-5 business days ( Depending on the product(s) within your order.) *Shipments may take longer due to unforeseen delays in inventory or transportation.
- Please note, shipping times are solely estimates and are never guaranteed by Skyland Pro. The shipping and delivery times listed on individual product pages are estimations based on past orders.
- If an item in your order updates as out-of-stock, you will be notified via email or phone immediately. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in-stock, but sometimes items can sell out quickly due to high demand.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped from the fulfillment center.
- Any available information regarding the carrier's contact information as well as tracking information will be included.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
- Please carefully inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, even damage to the box, be sure to take photos, refuse the package, and note any damages on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill.
- If the box is not damaged, inspect the item(s) immediately. If there are damages, take photos and notify us at team@skylandpro.com within 24 hours. Damages reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for resolution.
- If you are unable to open the package during delivery, but suspect damage, please write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
Am I able to make a change to my order?
- Yes, you are able to make a change to your order by e-mailing your desired changes to team@skylandpro.com
- Orders can only be changed before processing or shipment occurs.
Am I able to return products within my order?
- Yes, we accept returns for most products as long as it meets all general Return Policy Guidelines.

What is your cancellation policy?
- Please notify us immediately at team@skylandpro.com if you would like to cancel your order to avoid any applicable cancellation fees.
- Cancellations received before we have processed your payment will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received after we have processed your payment are subject to a payment processing fee, which is deducted from your refund amount.
- Cancellations received after items have shipped may be subject to return shipping costs as well as restocking fees.
