CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Customer satisfaction is our #1 Priority. The Customer Service team is responsible for all aspects of the sales and customer service of Skyland Pro’s online sales portal. Responsibilities include processing orders, returns, and payment refunds. In addition, the Customer Service Representative will be an active Live Chat agent and manage all e-commerce related consumer inquiries. Representatives must be skilled in communication and trouble shooting.
AFTER SALES TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE
The After Sales Tech Rep is responsible for working with Skyland Pro Retailers, the Skyland Pro Sales Team, and consumers in order to answer technical questions related to Skyland Pro carried products. This position is also responsible for processing warranty claims and after sales service related orders.
STREATGEY AND PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST
Lead and manage the product development process for Skyland Pro carried products from concept to first delivery. Key responsibilities include identifying market trends and consumer needs, developing product strategy and roadmaps, and executing product development from start to finish which includes, but is not limited to: communicating and executing the responsible product range to internal and external teams, selecting product specifications, assisting on color and graphic art files, interacting with suppliers and manufacturing as directed, and adhering to global product guidelines and processes.
INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The Inside Sales Representative proactively contacts assigned Skyland Pro customers on a regular basis as part of Skyland Pro’s rep partnership team. They provide sales and related customer service functions in order to build a relationship with Skyland Pro's customers to the best level possible.
