Bad to the bone electric bike. It's amazing

Amazing E bike i got the folding fat tire bike and have went at least 50 miles to 60 so far with no problem. Ecotric you got 5 stars from me keep up the good work and service!

Value, quality, service, fun

I purchased two 20” fat tire folding bikes and was truly impressed! These are well designed, powerful, and the quality is superb, particularly in light of the price point compared to other brands. My only complaint is that the assembly instructions could certainly be improved. I have a mechanical background so I was able to “fill in the blanks”, but I can see where many people would struggle. A few additional detail photos would go a long way. This minor complaint was more than offset by their superb customer service. I had to reach out with a couple minor issues and was impressed by the responsiveness and desire to help. The emails I received (shout out to Jay) were prompt and provided everything I needed, including photos. It’s nice to find that level of service from a company. My girlfriend and I love these bikes and can’t stop talking about them to everyone!

BEST bike I have ever owned!

This bike is by far the best bike I have ever owned. It was delivered promptly and was very easy to put together. I ordered a set of lights and a over rear tire carrier rack from amazon that took longer to install than it took too assemble the bike.

Good daily commuter on semi rough terrain

It's been 2 weeks riding it in rain and clear days. So far very good experience. Store : Good customer service. Staff is friendly and ready to assist.
