Is this a throttle assist bike?

  • Yes, the bike has both throttle and pedal assist

Does the color option refer to the entire bike frame or just the rims?

  • Just the rims! The frame is matte black on all Hammer models, while the rims can be customized based on color.

On flat ground, how fast does the bike ride with throttle?

  • The Hammer has a top speed of 25 MPH on flat ground, at 35 miles per charge

What is the maximum weight capacity for this bike?

  • This bike best suits riders 265 LBS or under.

I'm 5'6 (inseam 27") Is the frame too large for me?

  • We highly suggest riders to be tall 5’8”- 6’23”. To preface, this is a large bike.

Can you use the throttle if the pedal assist is set to zero? Or do you have to set the pedal assist to 1-9 in order to use the throttle?

  • You must set the pedal assist to 1-5 to use the throttle.

Is the battery removable?

  • Yes, the batteries are removable. There is one battery on each side of bike.

Can I take the battery out and charge, without attaching it to the whole bike itself?

  • Yes. The batteries come out and the charger is Y-fitting to charge both batteries at once.

Awesome

Great bike. It is all that was advertised. It was bigger than I expected. I am 6' 0" and I can barely touch the ground with my tippy toes. But knowing what I know now I still would have bought it. Awesome product, received it in 3 days. Very pleased.

In Love with this Bike

500 miles into ownership and loving this bike. I ride every night after dinner. If I had not purchased this bike I never would have gotten back into biking. I get an excellent workout but the power is there if I feel like taking it easy. So comfortable and powerful. I love the old school styling. No issues. Just pleasure.

Well worth the money

I have put the Hammer through it’s paces over a fairly tough 500 miles of all types of surfaces and terrains. It has proven to be a powerful, comfortable and reliable e-bike that I would easily recommend to others. The hydraulic brakes are responsive and, in conjunction with the big soft tires and spring front forks, inspires hard leaning turns on pavement and smooth transitions on gravel and rough surfaces. The battery provides great range, and I hardly ever pedal. Just be sure you aren’t too short for this bike because it’s really made for people with a longer inseam. Be sure to check out the bike’s dimensions on this web site to be sure before buying. I love this bike and it can go almost anywhere...silently.

Got this electric bike after the ancheer stop working after 8 months!
IF you are from NEW YORK like me you will receive it the next day ( comes from New Jersey) you can assemble so fast!
My old electric bike Ancheer is also 26 inches but so small and so slow than Ecotric 260 Hammer,
And Yes.. This ECOTRIC is amazing, i have no regret that I spent 1400 USD on it!
It's comfortable as hell! My back is straight up,! I can ride this bike all day with no back pain!
I AM 6.3 TALL and this BIKE LOOKS A SUV CAR! Its ridiculous HUGE! The feeling is you flying over the street!
It's absolutely amazing! I am very happy!
5 speeds and if you pedal assistant like me the battery will last longer!
5th speed is ridiculously fast!

I purchased the Ecotric Hammer on September 4th & the bike was at my door in perfect condition on September 6th. This bike is a beast. This bike is amazing & customer service is outstanding. They reply very quickly & do everything they can to make you happy. It was very easy to put together. All it takes is putting on the front wheel, handlebars & seat & your off to the races. I'm 6' - 215lbs & it fits me great. Very powerful motor that can take you anywhere. On the road, off road & takes on any hill you put in front of it. There's practically no where this powerful bike won't take you. This is the best purchase I've made in a long time after searching through many sites & many bikes. I'm so glad I purchased this one & would highly recommend this bike to anyone. You won't be sorry. This bike is very good quality, customer service is excellent & a very speedy delivery.
