White Glove Delivery Service
Sit back and relax while our delivery experts take care of the heavy lifting and maneuvering.
We’ll also remove all boxes, packaging materials and wood pallets to leave your home clean and ready to go.
Don’t stress about your purchase sitting at your curb until you are able to move them into your home.
Our delivery team will ensure all of your items are safe from theft, and protected from weather or damage by moving them to your room of choice.
Your items will be carefully unboxed and moved to your room of choice by professionals trained specifically in proper handling of NewAge products.
Letting the experts move your heavy products not only prevents you from straining yourself, but also prevents potential damage to your walls, floors and doorways.
Here are some quick guidelines you can use to prepare for your delivery:
Curbside deliveries require a person 18 years of age or older to be home at the time of the delivery.
If you are expecting an order with large components, and plan on moving these products into your home the day of delivery, you’ll want to have at least two able-bodied people present to unpack and move your order.
If you plan on unpacking your order at a later time, have a tarp ready to cover the pallets, to protect your purchase from the weather.
White Glove deliveries require a person 18 years of age or older, with access to the home, to be on-site at the time of the delivery.
Clear a path leading from the driveway to the delivery room of choice. Remove throw rugs, cables, furniture, or other obstacles that may interfere with the movers work.
Ensure the room of choice for the product delivery has enough cleared space to accommodate your purchased items, or have a secondary space in mind for overflow.
Check doorways and stairwells for adequate clearance. All NewAge Products will fit through a standard 80 inch x 36 inch door.
Lay down a floor covering in your room of choice, to protect from scratches and damage to both your floors and the purchased items. Moving blankets, tarps, cardboard or even regular blankets are acceptable floor coverings.
Whether you choose Curbside or White Glove Delivery, you’ll be notified when your order is ready to ship.
We’ll call you to book a Delivery Appointment 1 week ahead of delivery.
Scheduled Delivery
Our carrier will contact you one week in advance to schedule your delivery day.
Four Hour Delivery Window
You’ll be provided with a 4h delivery window so you can conveniently plan out your day.
Pre-delivery Confirmation
The driver will call in advance on the day of the delivery to ensure someone will be home.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
