Product Description

ALEKO Barrel Sauna with Laminated Glass and a Panoramic View brings all the luxury and comfort of the Barrel Sauna at a more accessible price point. The pleasing barrel shape is both stylish and functional, providing maximum usable space while minimizing excess cubic feet.

Our barrel sauna with front porch canopy maximizes seating space by utilizing opposing benches that run the full length of the room. Our Canopy Barrel has space to seat up to 6-8 people comfortably inside. Two exterior benches are also included for additional seating.

The less cubic feet of air, the faster your room will heat. This sauna can be placed indoors and outdoors. Its entrance features a full glass door with self-closing hinges to retain the heat of the room. The glass door is tinted in order to contribute to the quiet, relaxing environment, and tempered so as to remain unfazed by the temperature changes.

This sauna is powered by an 8 kW Harvia KIP Electric Sauna Heater. Top-tier, and Finnish-made, this heater features corrosion-resistant stainless steel and includes a protective stone guard. With the included bucket and scoop, pour water over the hot stones to boost atmospheric temperature and humidity. A simple-to-operate dial control allows for easy access and comfortable control to your heater with an adjustable temperature range between 158-194 degrees Fahrenheit.

An interior light glows for perfect ambiance, and each sauna also includes bucket, ladle, thermometer/hydrometer, and interior lamp holder and heater fence.

The sauna rests on three weather-resistant polymer support cradles to preserve the wood and provide a solid foundation for the structure. This beautiful sauna is perfect for your front porch and back deck. Assembly can be accomplished in just a few hours and is very easy to do.

To comply with safety guidelines, our heaters are designed to heat for a maximum of 60 minutes at a time. To heat your sauna for longer than 60 minutes, simply reset the timer for additional time. 

Sauna is packaged in multiple pieces. Some assembly is required as instructed in the manual.

Due to the nature of the 220V-240V hardwired heater unit, an electrician is recommended upon installation.

How Do I Return An Item?

At ALEKO we stand by our products.  Satisfied customers are our goal, and we work diligently towards this outcome. Details on Aleko’s 30-day guarantee are as follows:

  • Received Damaged or Defective Product: Not to worry ALEKO will work with you to provide a solution.  
    • To assist us, the customers must provide photos or videos outlining the issue.
    • Aleko will provide the customer with any replacement parts/units needed for a complete operational product along with detailed technical support.  
      • Replacement parts are transported via ground service within 48 hours of processing with a 3-5 business days delivery time.  
    • If the above solution is unsatisfactory, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to ALEKO at their expense but with no restocking fee!
    • If ALEKO is not able to provide the replacement parts needed, you will be eligible for a new unit, full refund, or store credit.  
  • Buyer’s Remorse Purchases: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.  
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all products not returned in their original condition.

ALEKO is happy to be able to offer refunds/exchanges for only the first 30 days from purchase.

To receive a refund, it is critical that you have a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) to ensure that your refund is credited to the correct account. Send us an email at team@skylandpro.com within the first 30 days after receiving the product, and one of our customer service representatives will send you your RMA (valid for 7 days) along with return instructions.

To ensure that your package arrives to us safely and undamaged, please package the item(s) use original box or appropriate packaging. Be sure to include all products, accessories, parts and pieces in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding return shipping & handling). If any of the product components show use or damage a 15% restocking fee will apply. If the product is in new condition, a full refund will be issued.

Please write your RMA number clearly on the shipping label to assist in fastest processing. Please note: A Return Merchant Authorization Number is also required inside the package to complete your refund.

We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by a shipping carrier that offers tracking services, such as USPS Certified Mail, UPS or FedEx. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to save the receipt for your records. We regret that we cannot issue any credit or refund for an item that is damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD.

 

How Do I Cancel A Order?

We understand that on occasion, orders will need to be cancelled and our customer service team is happy to assist.

Cancellation must happen before the item is shipped. Orders are usually shipped within 12-48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order before it has been picked and shipped, cancellation is free. (Applies for all order including LTL)

If you cancel your order after it has been picked and shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a return with all applicable fees. (Applies for all order including LTL)

Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed of all applicable fees, including the return cost of shipping and a potential 15% restocking fee.

Warranty

  • ALEKO products comes with a standard 1-year limited warranty, except for the items listed below.
  • ALEKO Solar Panels have a standard 15-year limited warranty (this covers manufacturing defects only).
  • ALEKO Driveway Gates, Pedestrian Gates, and Steel Fences (not including DIY or chain-link fences) have a standard 10-year limited warranty (products purchased on 1/1/2017 and earlier include a 5-year limited warranty).
  • ALEKO Chain-Link Fences have a standard 5-year limited warranty.
  • ALEKO Iron Doors have a standard 2-year limited warranty.
  • ALEKO DIY Steel Fences have a standard 2-year limited warranty.
  • ALEKO Hot Tubs have a standard 180-day limited warranty.
  • ALEKO Inflatable Bounce Houses have a 90-day limited warranty.
  • ALEKO Hammock Swings have a standard 6-month limited warranty.
  • ALEKO Gazebos and Pergolas have a standard 6-month limited warranty.

ALEKO products with manufacturer warranties are warranted by us against defects in materials and manufacturer workmanship for the designated period from the date of product arrival at the shipping address. Warranty coverage is provided if the recommended installation procedures have been followed. After the first year warranty has expired, ALEKO.com will not provide any additional warranty. Contact us for more details.

In the case of a product failure due to defective material or manufacturer workmanship within the allotted warranty from the date of receiving the item, the product will be replaced (at our option) at no charge to the customer. ALEKO does not cover any weather damages to your products including: Rain, Sun, Snow, Storms, Tornados, Thunder, and Strong Wind.

Verification of the warranty period requires copies of receipts or other proof of purchase.

According to our policy we can only honor warranties with the original buyer of a the product. If a product has been sold and has changed ownership, we are unable to extend the warranty to the new owner.

To provide you with proper assistance please follow these simple steps:

Determine the warranty period. Check the date of the product delivery.

Contact us and ask for a diagnosis and a recommendation. Pictures of the product and box the product was shipped in are necessary for us to assist you.

Third

Our technicians will work with you to either replace or repair your product.
