A: It has both! With 3 speed levels of pedal assist
Q: What is the length, width, depth and weight of the box when shipped?
A: It is over 6' long about 2' wide and 4' high and quite heavy.
Q：What is the recommend rider height and weight for this bike?
A: Recommended 4’9”- 5’9”, and a weight of 200LB.
Q: Is the electric motor quiet or fairly loud?
A: It is very quiet, and the only thing that you'll hear is a slight whirling sound, which is barely noticeable.
Q: Does the bike come assembled?
A: Our bikes come 90% assembled! They are easy to assemble with basic bicycle knowledge.
Q: Is the battery removable and how much does it weigh?
A: The battery locks in place with a key and can be removed. It weighs 6 pounds.
Q: Can I charge my battery with when it is detached from the bike itself?
A: Yes. You can charge it while the battery is attached to the bike or you can remove the battery and charge it anywhere you have an electrical outlet.
Q: Can you ride it without the battery? like a normal bike?
A: Yes. You can ride it like a normal bike with the battery removed as well as with the battery in place. The bike can be turned off with the simple push button control on the left handlebar.
Q: Can I attach a rear fender to this bike?
A: Yes, there is a hole in the frame for you to attach a rear fender.
