White Glove deliveries require a person 18 years of age or older, with access to the home, to be on-site at the time of the delivery.
Clear a path leading from the driveway to the delivery room of choice. Remove throw rugs, cables, furniture, or other obstacles that may interfere with the movers work.
Ensure the room of choice for the product delivery has enough cleared space to accommodate your purchased items, or have a secondary space in mind for overflow.
Check doorways and stairwells for adequate clearance. All NewAge Products will fit through a standard 80 inch x 36 inch door.
Lay down a floor covering in your room of choice, to protect from scratches and damage to both your floors and the purchased items. Moving blankets, tarps, cardboard or even regular blankets are acceptable floor coverings.
Whether you choose Curbside or White Glove Delivery, you’ll be notified when your order is ready to ship.
We’ll call you to book a Delivery Appointment 1 week ahead of delivery.
Our carrier will contact you one week in advance to schedule your delivery day.
You’ll be provided with a 4h delivery window so you can conveniently plan out your day.
The driver will call in advance on the day of the delivery to ensure someone will be home.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
