Are these cabinets easy to install?
- NewAge Products cabinets are very easy to install.
- The cabinets come fully assembled and packaged on a pallet delivered directly to your home.
- Once you remove the packaging, all you need to do is attach the feet, place it where you want it, bolt the cabinets together, and secure the countertops in place.
Can I custom design my own set?
- Yes! We offer planning guides and a free 3D design service to help you plan the perfect set to fit your space.

Do you customize cabinets?
- We do not customize cabinets, our cabinets ship fully-assembled.
- However, our cabinets are modular and can be arranged in a configuration that suits your space, with accessories to meet all your organization needs.

Am I able to alter the configuration or add cabinets to my set after I have installed them?
- Yes, you can alter the configuration of your cabinets, however, keep in mind the number and sizes of countertops included with your set.
- Since our cabinets are modular, you are able to unbolt them and re-configure how you choose, but may need to purchase additional tops or covers to properly fit your new configuration.
Am I able to substitute cabinets in a preconfigured set?
- If you are purchasing cabinets in a set, the cabinets come as a bundled package and are not able to be substituted.
- However, you are able to purchase individual cabinets to create your own set configuration, or you may purchase additional cabinets to add onto a bundled set.

Does this modular outdoor kitchen set come with a warranty?
- All Outdoor Kitchen cabinets have a limited lifetime warranty.
- However, please note that any modifications to the product will void the warranty.
- Outdoor Kitchen Covers have a 3-year limited warranty. Please read through the owners manual for more details on your warranty.
Are these cabinet sets weather-proof?
- NewAge Products Outdoor Kitchen cabinets are designed with a front overlap seal to protect against rain, and the doors and drawers close to a 2mm gap to prevent leaves and snow from getting inside.

What maintenance is required?
- If you live in a coastal area or will have the cabinets next to a chlorine pool, washing your cabinets with fresh water and a mild detergent every two weeks will keep the cabinets from weathering.
- Outside of coastal areas, cleaning the cabinets every three months will suffice.

What kind of grill should I use?
- We recommend using the NewAge Products 33" and 40" Insert Grills.
- Our grills are designed to fit perfectly within the insert grill cabinets.
- The 33" Insert Grill Cabinet will also fit most 28" to 33" insert grills, while the 40" Insert Grill Cabinet fits most 36" to 40" insert grills.
What adapter do I need for the Outdoor Kitchen sink?
- We recommend a 3/8" x 1/2" NPT adapter. However, depending on your setup this may vary.
What can I clean the Stainless Steel with?
- To clean your stainless steel cabinets, use a soft cloth with soap and water.
Will these cabinets support heavy countertops like granite or concrete tops?
- Yes, the cabinets will support granite or concrete tops.

- All returns are subject to approval by NewAge Products and may be denied if the product has been opened or used and is not in the original condition that it was received
- Returns through shopnewage.com are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- No returns after 120 days of receiving your order will be accepted
- We will not accept returns of individual components purchased as part of a set or bundle
- Products being returned must be properly packaged for pickup, and securely placed on a pallet where possible
- Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment

Cabinets Warranty
- All products must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the instructions included with the products. If a product is properly installed, operated, and maintained fails to meet the below limited warranty, NewAge Products, Inc (“NewAge”) will replace the defective product or parts.
- Subject to the limitations and disclaimers set forth below or in other product documentation, NewAge warrants to the initial customer that (1) product finishes will be free from defects for three years following purchase, (2) drawer slides will be free from defects for two years following purchase, and (3) the overall structural integrity of the product (not including finishes or drawer slides) will be free from defects for ten years following purchase.
- Customer must pay for shipping costs associated with any replacement product or parts. This limited warranty is limited to product replacement only. In no event will NewAge be liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages.
- This limited warranty is available to the initial purchaser only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase and additional information regarding the defect may be required at NewAge’s discretion. The warranty is made only to products sold in the continental United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Grills and Dual Side Burners Warranty:
- All products must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the instructions included with the products. If a product is properly installed, operated, and maintained; and fails to meet the below specified warranty, NewAge Products, Inc (“NewAge”) will replace the defective product or parts.
- Newage is proud to offer a complete product warranty for a period of (one year from the date of purchase. )Subject to the limitations and disclaimers set forth below or in other product documentation, NewAge provides the following additional warranties to the initial customer;
- This warranty is limited to product replacement only. In no event will NewAge be liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages. This warranty is available to the initial purchaser only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase and additional information regarding the defect may be required at NewAge’s discretion. The warranty is made only to products sold in the United States, Canada.
All other warranties disclaimed :
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FORGOING, NEWAGE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
NEWAGE PRODUCTS INC. will not pay for:
- Service calls or labor costs.
- Products damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, improper installation, acts of God, neglect, corrosion, improper maintenance or cleaning, modification, mishandling or not following care instructions.
- Products damaged by improperly loading beyond the specified maximum weight capacity outlined in the instructions provided with the product.
- Defects results from use in excess of normal residential use.
- Cosmetic damage that occurs after customer purchasing the product, including scratches, dings, dents, corrosion, or stains in the material that does not affect the structural or functional capability of the product.
- Loss of product contents.
Other notes :
- Discoloration due to the high heat, for example beside a grill, is a trait of stainless steel and is not covered. Surface rust resulting from acid rain or environmental chemicals are not covered. (Please see maintenance information to combat surface rust). NewAge outdoor powder coated finishes are designed to withstand weathering and are UV stable.
- The 304 stainless steel material used in the construction of NewAge Outdoor Kitchen Cabinets is highly rust resistant, however, chlorine in the air from swimming pools or the salt from sea air may cause surface rust to appear and even create some pitting corrosion if left on the product.
- We strongly recommend a suitable maintenance tested product. We suggest cleaning all stainless steel surfaces at least every two weeks to keep your cabinets in prime condition. The chemical reaction from salt is easy to prevent however it is more difficult when left on the surface.
